Professional shot of maid of honor looking off into the distance

Brittani Flagg

Brittani is Char’s older sister and the family’s firstborn, setting the gold standard for siblinghood. From growing up side by side to living in the same home as adults, their bond has been built on countless moments of laughter, support, and unforgettable memories. Char has always admired Brittani for her natural ability to make everyone feel at ease and truly heard. Whether it’s offering advice, sharing a laugh, or lending a shoulder to lean on, Brittani is always there—and now, she’s standing by Char’s side as her Matron of Honor. Fun fact about Brittani: she’s double-jointed in her arms and can do all kinds of cool, flexible tricks.

Ariel Miller

Ariel is one of Char’s little sisters. Even though Ariel is the younger sister, Char has always looked up to her. Ariel has always been unapologetically herself—cool, stoic, and confident in ways that inspire everyone around her. The two are known for staying up way too late, laughing until their sides hurt, and sharing moments of pure goofiness. Fun fact about Ariel: she’s a puzzle master who can tackle a 1,000-piece puzzle with ease.

Sierra Miller

Sierra is one of Char’s other little sisters and the baby of the family. Growing up, their parents paired them together, giving them countless hours to share experiences & memories. They've created a special bond that has only deepened over the years. One of their favorite memories is traveling to Hawaii together, where they snorkeled for the first time and bonded over the excitement of shared firsts. Fun fact about Sierra, she is the practical joker of the family, always ready with a clever comeback and a quick wit that keeps everyone laughing.

the future brides sister in law

Elise Miller

Elise and Char met through Char’s brother—who also happens to be Elise’s husband. But with Elise, “sister-in-law” doesn’t feel like an obligation through marriage; it feels like Char truly gained a sister. Char and her sister Brittani even spied on Elise and her brother’s first date, and it was clear from that moment that Elise was going to be someone special. Fun fact about Elise: she grew up with a vineyard and used to stomp grapes as part of the winemaking process.

Eleyce Longmire

Eleyce and Char met through their parents, who were convinced they looked alike. That simple introduction blossomed into a special friendship that has only grown stronger over the years. Char also has the privilege of being Eleyce’s daughter’s Godmother, a role she holds near and dear to her heart. Fun fact about Eleyce: she makes her own natural body products, each one carefully crafted and homemade with love.

Rachel McKinney

Rachel and Char became best friends in high school after meeting through Char’s sister, Ariel. Char and Ariel made it their mission to break Rachel out of her shy shell, and as time went on, Char got to know the real Rachel—a goofy, loyal, kind, and understanding soul who would do anything for the people she loves. Fun fact about Rachel: she can tap dance like a Broadway pro and sing like she’s headlining a concert.

the future brides best friend

Victoria Rajaonarivony

Victoria and Char met through work, and she’s the one who introduced Char to her fiancé—her husband and Char’s fiancé are best friends! Char always looked forward to the time she and Victoria spent together at work and that connection quickly grew into something much deeper, leading them to build a beautiful friendship outside of work. Fun fact about Victoria: She was born and raised in Madagascar, and sometimes slips into speaking French.

the future brides good friend

Hayden DeHart

Hayden and Char met through Hayden’s husband, Devin, who is also Leon’s best friend. Though their connection is new, it feels like they’ve been soul sisters forever. When Hayden and Char get together, the hours fly by in what feels like minutes as they talk about everything and anything. Hayden has a warm, loving spirit and gives some of the most thoughtful life advice. Fun fact about Hayden: her eyes change color depending on the weather and her mood.

Ashton Wells

Not a groomsman, but the groomswoman—and Leon’s best woman at that. As his baby sister, Ashton has been by Leon’s side since the moment she entered the world 29 years ago (whether he liked it or not at the time). What started as a mom-enforced friendship quickly blossomed into a bond that’s taken them from sibling Euro trips to launching businesses together. It’s only fitting that Ashton stands by Leon’s side for his biggest adventure yet—tying the knot.

Lova Rakotomavonandrianina

Leon’s oldest friend—and the undisputed champion of longest last names. They first crossed paths in a college design class, bonding over their mutual respect for each other’s craft. Over time, they became co-workers, roommates, and creative co-conspirators. But here’s the kicker: Lova and his wife, Victoria, are the masterminds behind Leon and Char’s first meeting—so really, we all owe them a big thank you.

Marcus Brown

Leon and Marcus met at work, teaming up on marketing campaigns for various Kickstarters (yes, it’s a real job). During one project, Marcus mentioned he used to make beats—unaware that Leon had been blowing all his paychecks on music gear. One post-work hangout turned into a marathon studio session where they practically made an entire album. Since then, their bond has grown beyond music and work, with Marcus trusting Leon to be his son’s godfather. Now one of Leon’s closest friends, Marcus is an essential part of this celebration.

Ryan Hester

Leon met Ryan (aka Phree) through Marcus, who had been raving for weeks about his incredibly talented friend. One evening after work, Marcus brought Ryan over to Leon’s apartment, and the connection was instant. The three of them spent hours deep in conversation about art, music, and creativity. By the time the night ended, it was too late to drive home—so naturally, they stayed up making music instead. Ryan’s ingenuity and boundless creative spirit have been inspiring ever since, cementing him as an essential part of Leon’s circle.

Chris Omenihu

Leon met Chris thanks to a little help from fate (and Ryan, aka Phree). Phree managed to get Leon into an exclusive LA event called Bud Land, where he had already connected with an up-and-coming rap artist named Omenihu. When Ryan introduced Leon to Chris, the vibe was instant. They bonded over music, creativity, and a shared “ride-or-die” energy that made collaboration feel effortless. Over time, the two consistently worked on projects together, building not just a partnership but a deep friendship and respect for each other’s artistry.

Devin DeHart

Leon met Devin six years ago at an event Marcus brought them to. That night, Devin’s wit and humor stole the show as he relentlessly (and well-deserved) roasted another group member the entire time. They all laughed for what felt like hours and bring up the things said to this day. Since then, Devin has not only remained the funniest person Leon knows but also became a cherished and loyal friend.

the grooms good friend and grooms man

Daniel Salazar

Leon met Danny through Omenihu, and their friendship was built on a shared respect for each other’s creative talents. During a month-long stay at Omenihu and Danny’s LA apartment, they spent countless hours discussing film, art, and their shared drive to push their craft further. Danny, who famously carries a camera everywhere he goes, even asked Leon if he’d hired a vendor to film the wedding—because he wanted to do it himself. That kind of passion and dedication perfectly sums up Danny: always ready to create, always ready to support a friend.
